My ArtStack app wont open.

This has happened before on my iPad. When the iOS updated, the app started working again. Now it does nothing, & I cant get to The ArtStack at all.

My iOS is up to date. I dont see any updates on the app. So whats the problem? Any help will be appreciated!!
